Just For Bryan

So i finally decide to post something and go to find the NEW POST button....you know that one in big letters with blue all around it? Some how i missed it completely! So i have decided that either I'm going completely blind or its been so long since my last post i almost don't remember anything about blogging. School is about to start *tear* i am not ready for school. i don't want to go back to school. (but then again what 16 year old does?). I figure since i only have this year and my senior year i will go and just think about it all being over with! I will endure and be happy about the end! Only....after the end of high school is the beginning of college...I am only trying to decide on if college will be what i think it is.

-COLLEGE-
-You pick your classes (besides the required ones)
-You get to study what you want
-You get to pick what days you go to school and on which days to take what classes

-SO-
I want to be a pastry chef....(maybe)....im thinking....
-But if i choose to go that route how long will i be studying before i get to do what i love?
-How many years will i have to work in a bakery washing dishes and slowly working my way up?
-How many years will i be barley scraping by with the little to no money?

I know that this happens to everyone....you have to go through it all to get to the top where you wanna be. I wanna open my own bakery...I wanna design cakes...wedding cakes...birthday cakes...just any type of cakes...

I find it fascinating!! I love it!! I think what pastry chefs do is totally amazing! You really have to be talented. You have to be artistic. You have to love what you do to succeed. If you come over to the house and its around 6 pm on a week night you will see me turning to channel 51 (food network) looking to see just what food network challenge is on. If it is cakes I will watch!! And it tends to always work that way. If its Monday night at 9 pm i will turn to Chanel 43 (TLC) to watch Cake Boss. I love these shows they are amazing!!

I guess that is all I really have to say....I'm not sure where i was going with this but i said what i felt like saying and hats that...
